    I have just bought a Servis washing machine (M6000) that was installed by a plumber. I have noticed a small hole (approx 8mm) in the rubber seal attached to the drum.

    The thing is, the hole is not hollow, but almost as if it’s some kind of dran?

    If anyone can confirm that this is definately not normal would be grateful.

    Providing the hole is at 6 o’clock, it is the drain for the pleat of the door seal.

    Hi

    The hole should be there it connects back on to wash tub to drain water away from door seal.
