Bit of a strange one,but I have come across this issue a few times in the past.
A SES oven lamp won’t screw into the socket because it’s too loose.
I can recall on odd occasions having to remove a treaded sleeve from the old lamp then fit over the new lamp thread to increase its diameter by a couple of mm so it’s a snug fit in the socket.
Unfortunately the customer has thrown away the old lamp so the aforementioned sleeve is not present and I’ve no idea where to source one from.
    Cheers.
    Noel.

sounds like the brass sleeve which is part of the lampholder has come out with the lamp

can you get a new lamp assembly

Yes Dave you can get a replacement lamp assy about £30.
But it’s an old built in double oven in a very awkward place so would turn into a rather expensive job just to replace a lamp.
The customer is not too bothered….neither am I.

Dave it’s not a brass sleeve it’s chrome coloured the same colour as the lamp thread.

brass is probably too expensive when you make thousands
