Setting the Salt “Dial” on a Bosch Dishwasher

I bought second hand from a local charity a Bosch SPS5432GB/04 Dishwasher in good condition

Unfortunatly I dont have the manual nor do is it available to download from the Bosch Website, while I can work out the program settings what I cant work out is the little dial next to the salt compartment to “set” how much salt is dispensed and I need it on the highest setting because the water round here is like concrete…..the dial goes from 1-3 does anyone know which number is the highest?
