going to this dishwasher on friday customer said its not dispensing detergent and not heating but complets the cycle could it just be a faulty heater this sounds llike a fault mentioned in previous post but not sure were any advise

I suspect that the customer is mis-describing the real fault – dispenser opening, but detergent not dissolving, which is the standard underfilling issue.

You need to strip and clean out the transer pipe to the sump – if that doesn’t do the trick, l/h side panel off, fill matrix off and strip and clean the lower fill chamber and pressure switch.

thanks Chris you were right it did disp soap but motor didnt start just hummed removed lwr front plate to inspect motor it was red hot suspect somthing stuck or motor seized do you have to remove base fully to get motor out how long time wise
