I have this vacuum cleaner. During the last use, the cable was pulled too tight and it’s disconnected from inside whatever it connects to inside the appliance. Does anyone know the easiest way to get access to repair it? Or even replace the mains cable? I had a quick look but can’t see how to get into it. Can’t find any service manual anywhere. Thanks in advance

but you cant buy a cable and the flex guide acts as a flex grip. you may be able to get the cable out of the guide and secure it inside somhow but as a professional we have to scrap the motor unit

I’ve had a few of these with failed motors so I strip the cables to reuse on repairs, don’t think I’ve got any atm though
