Sharp Carousel 2 microwave oven : suitable replacement

My Mums ancient huge microwave oven is packing up(keypad, interior). What is a suitable microwave oven that has dual cook facility and will give good performance. Money no object for quality appliance.

I have always had the large Sharp combi microwaves and always found them value for money.
The build quality of your old one is Im afraid much more substantial than most unless you get into the top end Bosch and Neff, but they tend to be built in.
