    All the buttons work OK and the various modes of cooking work but only for 59 seconds. Whatever the oven is doing it shuts off after 59 seconds, leaving the time remaining on the display. For example, if you microwave something for a minute it will shut down with 1 second displayed. If you then press the start button again it will come on for 1 second and shut off and make the normal beeping sound. I tried it on 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} power just in case it was a TOC closing but it still shuts off at 59 seconds. It looks like it needs a new CPU module but I wondered if anyone here had seen this sort of fault?

    Check out the damper motor, it’s the usual cause for this symptom.

    Thanks Swerv, I tried it with the damper microswitch in the closed position and it did not shut off after the 59 seconds :tup:
