Sharp microwave turntable motor

Hi I’m looking for a turntable motor with a double flat shaft (NOT D SHAFT)for my own Sharp combi micro wave oven
Model R798(W) M
Think they are the same as on some Zanussi/Electrolux ovens
Don’t really want to fork out almost £30.00 so if anyone has a used one in stock that I could buy I’d be very grateful.

assume you are looking at connect who are often expensive

will have a look what i have when i get into work but quite often i split these motors and swop the output shafts to make them fit other ovens

From what i can see they want £25 inc vat but caoonect want £25 plus vat but they may give a trade discount

Yes I’ve swapped shafts before but don’t have a donor motor to strip.
Ive compared the shafts and I’ll probably buy a new motor with a metal D shaft ( as opposed to hollow plastic) and hopefully file/grind another flat on it to fit.

Hi Dave managed to obtain a cheap TY50-8A7 D shaft motor and 10 minutes with a file I’ve converted it to a double D shaft and it works a treat.
