Sharp oven KSH70T50BHH

Hi all,

this oven is stuck in demo mode. There is nothing in the instruction book regarding a demo mode and I have tried several button pressing variations to switch it off. Has anyone come across this or have any suggestions?

found about 15 variants on aswo, lots of wiring user manuals etc

cant see any mention of Demo mode

can find a child lock assume its not that is it ?

search google for vestel demo mode and see waht you can find
or find the long serial no and find correct variant on aswo and look at manuals

I had a look on ASWO with the correct serial number and none of the information mentioned Demo, I even checked against different model numbers.
I can activate and deactivate the child lock, so it isn’t that. From the little info I have found on google, there are others that have asked the same question and have had no responses.

Hi,
just to close this one. I emailed Sharp with the issue and I was contacted by Vestel support who sent me the procedure to take the oven off demo mode.
The procedure is,
When the oven is working (not in standby mode) ‘Back and ok’ should be touched together for activating/deactivating DEMO mode.

Tried this and it worked. No idea why they just don’t put it in the instruction book.
