😉 Hi guys ! The Hotpoint service agent has just called on us to repair a WD640 in which the Three Phase power module needed replacing.
Part No. C00099905 . There was a large warning thatstated that the large aluminium heat sink remains live after disconection and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the board be removed under 5 minuites after the power is disconected. Just thought there might be a few of you that would find out the hard way.

A well documented warning that has been aired on the boards many times, a repeat of this can do no harm at all though. 8)

Do these mods have to be formatted or do you just bung them in.m

They have the eeproms, just like all the other Indesit electronically controlled machines, they will need to have the correct eeprom fitted, the original replaced or a blank eeprom, reprogrammed with the EMIT enabled laptops I would guess. 😥

The new Mieles’ mostly have 3 Phase motors in them also so the same applies there. :lesson:
