SIA RFI106 Integrated Fridge

Hi All

I have been asked to do a basic inspection report on this fridge due to the liner being cracked, the crack in question runs horizontally on the back wall from side to side, it is also alomst exactly halfway up and the edges no longer meet. Link to a photo below.

I have examined the liner closley and can’t see any signs of impact damage so I am thinking that I have to put it down to thermal stress pulling the liner apart, does this sound likley or is there another cause that I may have missed.
