[funkyboogy]

intermittent fault where water or ice will just activate and come out of dispesor ..

this happens 3-4 times a day , about 3 second spurt of water and about the same worth of ice cubes ..

never seen this b4

its all touch screen ie no levers to push .

is suspect display pcb fault – anyone seen this

Hi Alley
I would check for corrosion on the connections to the display PCB.
If it looks ok then it is most likely the display PCB.

It is not a problem I have come across on this model but damp can cause problems on some models

Check that the icemaker is actually evicting the ice cubes. If the tray isn’t getting rid of the ice cubes , the new burst of water trying to fill the tray will ‘overflow’ into the ice cube container and possibly out of the dispenser.
