was over filling – replaced side tank and pressure switch assembly- ( the part with the micro switch,s attached as they were all greased up- also cleared sump hose ..
seems to be still over filling but not by much ..
any help appreciated

No flowmeter (impellor jug) on this model Ally. Overfilling has to be more associated to a pressure chamber/transfer pipe problem than anything else TBH. Does the water point device operate OK when the circl. pump fires up?
