    Any ideas? I’ve managed to get hold of some industrial descaler, as I thought it might have been scaled up and water not getting through properly. I’ve cleaned BOTH arms thoroughly. Bottom arm seems to be moving – but top arm static – moving on the rare occassion!

    Any advise greatfully received!!

    The machine is probably underfilling. There is a short corrugated hose in the bottom front left corner of the machine which gradually fills up with goo and causes this.

    Door outer panel off, kick board and inner lower cover panel need to removed for access.

    Power off, of course.

    😉 MANY thanks Penguin! I’ll let you know how I get on! I thought I was looking at new machine 😯 – my Dyson hoover blew up yesterday and had to replace that!!

    😉 It was the corrugated ‘pipe’ that was blocked with goo! Many thanks to the guy that came out on Christmas Eve and repaired it for me! 😆
