Hi having trouble with machine leaving small amount of water in the bottom of drum when finished,and cloths are still wet. Everything seems to work fine except when drying only cold air is blown in. Have checked pump , changed brushes, cleaned out plastic box attached to back of drum. Could it be the dryer heating element, if so where do I find it. When washing the water heats up fine .Many thank Dave

The thermal trip has gone on the safety stat fitted on the side of the heater box. And the condenser box on the RHSide is blocked with fluff. You’ll need to removed the bottom corrugated hose to gain access and throughly clean it out!
