Siemems WDI 1640 W/D…SMELLS !!

Good Morning

I’ve noticed that after finishing a wash cycle the clothes don’t smell as clean and fresh as they should do. They almost smell a bit “musty”.

We’ve tried different washing powders/liquids but still nothing. We’ve even tried adding extra softener but still nothing.

Is there a filter that needs changing or could it be it’s not getting enough hot water ?

we live a an area that has quite hard water
