siemens aquastop faulty?

    hi, model wxlm112gb, aquastop leaked,hole in it (mouse?) ordered new one(expensive 😯 ) fitted it today still no water intake, valves hum waiting for water, no voltage at power lead for aquastop, will it have blown control board ❓ or am i missing something 😳 anyone got a manual.

    Is there water in the base ?

    had trouble with them before, throw it in the bin and put on a normal inlet hose.

    valve hums because it and aqua stop have seperate power supply.

    Yeah we got that bit but as Paul asks….is there water in the base? Has the anti-flood device tripped. (those float microswitches can stick. 🙁 )….?

    It’s not a blindingly brilliant solution to overide the anti-flood facility by fitting a regular inlet hose. Especially if it’s in a first floor flat…!! It’s a bodge guys….come on now.! :rolls:

    no water in base,but i havent checked microswitch 😳 i will have a look tomorrow.. cheers.
