Siemens/Bosch D/W leak triggering antiflood

[simtoms]

Spose you’ve all conquered these long ago, but this Siemens one is a right little piggy. Could it be the circ. motor seal to the sump?
Any clues please… 😕 💡

Check for pin hole leak in the s/s floor near the softner filling cap.
can be a bug to find. I fill with water then switch of for a while.
Then peak under dont need to pull out then.
Also worth a check while filling is that it not coming from left hand side pannel,out of float chamber. ( blocked up )

How about giving us a clue as to what model machine you refer to first to save us listing all the various likely options that one could encounter with antiflood systems 😆

Thanks for the pin hole idea Paul. 🙂 I’ll check that one out.
Good point Martin, er model no…. I seem to have lost it. S. steel base, controls in door top, no dome float thingy, prob. 3 – 4 years old. I’ll check on mod….

The model no. for the D/W in question is a Siemens enrSE24031GB/22
Fd 8106 640130… it’s basically like the Hotpoint DF62 internally…

Leaking Pressure Chamber system from blocked fill tube to tank. Minute pin holes in s/steel tank around square filter recess or salt cap. Spray arm not located properly and water overflowing bottom door seal.

All likely suspects 😉
