siemens D/W detergent left on glasses

i have this customer complaining of the detergent left on glasses and mugs , they have to rinse out the cups before using them , she sayes there is suds in the glasses when they are being rinsed out after being washed in the dishwasher ? any clues fellers , not going into a rinse cycle ?
