siemens d/w no heat

se65e332gb/10. Checked element and seemed ok still no heat. Had a look at board and all seemed good there. Let machine run and fill but no heat. Had a look at heater micro sw. Switch itself working but actuator in element not moving even when water up to level Activated micro sw manually and started to heat. I take it that means a new element or is there anything that can be done to free it up.

is it getting enough water to pressurize switch , try adding a bit more

……and check the circulation pump impeller. Could be crud blocking it?
