sorry boys and ladies ! dont have the model no; with me but that should not make much difference as bosch and neff use the same fault codes I have e24 coming up at the start of the program not all the time but about once in five or six starts ,now e24 is a drain issue there`s no restrictions, pump is fine but I have changed it.could this have something to do with the airgap or matrix and would low water pressure have an issue has any one had an e24 and if so what did you do to cure it..thanks.

no connects into a stand pipe by sink

well if its not too far down the pipe as it could air lock and your sure there is no blockages then it could be the pump

Bosch dishwashers measure the pump current to determine if its empty. if the pump is worn it can draw more current

    they call it virtual sensors

you could remove the pump and look for tightness or play

I was thinking along the same lines so I put a new pump in worked fine for a couple of weeks then e24 again. so how do they know if the m/c is empty apart from the resistance on the impellor. also dose the fill side have somthing to do with it.

the fill side has the reed sw. that measures the number of pulses to determine water load. it cannot measure how much is in there
