siemens dishwasher error code S2

Our dishwasher, Siemens SE60T390GB, just started showing S2 on the display, anyone know what it means ?

S2 is something to do with the factory test

try turning it off then back on using the on/off switch

how old is the machine? i believe it will be less than 2 years old

if this is the case then give bsh applinace care a call (08705678910). they will be able put you through to someone in product advise who may be able to help over the phone or send someone out under warranty(2 years mininum with siemens possibly 5 years)

Turning the mains off and leaving it for a bit sorted it out.

It is about 15 months old, hopefully it won’t do it again 😉
