Siemens Dishwasher SN25M230UK/01 Error 09 Water Not Heating : Not Drying

Siemens Dishwasher SN25M230UK/01 —- Purchased 2010.

Hi , I would very much appreciate some help in getting my dishwasher going.

I originally had Error 25 . Water was not draining out. I cleared the sump area and cleared few small items stuck on the impeller on the drain pump.
I tried again and the water would not drain out.
So, I removed the drain pump to clean it. As I was removing the drain pump water started to pour out into the bottom of the machine. I pushed the drain pump back in and removed the water from inside the machine and dried the sump area. Then I removed the pump and removed various items wound round the impeller fan.
Re-fitted the drain pump. Started the machine. There was a crackling – sparking sound. I immediately switched off the machine and removed the water at the bottom of the machine. There was very little water. Dried it.
Re-started machine. The water drains out now.

On a programme of 130 minutes , the machine runs for 129 minutes, then with one minute to go it stops with Error 09 .

Is it the heat pump/ circulating pump ?

Or could there be other faults with the electronic ?

Where could it be ?
