siemens door lock light

I have a call to a siemens WXD1260 on monday.
Said lock symbol flashing and wont start,
It might be door interlock or child lock on, But they dont have instruction book.
Do siemens have a child lock, If so how do you take it off.

looks like you hold start button for 4 secs to deactivate
