Siemens double oven HB55M550B/03

Main oven the default temperature is 160 degrees (digital display). Setting the temperature to 200 degrees it will reach that temperature but after 20 or 30 minutes the temperature in the display will go to 160 degrees.
It’s as if the power drops off for a second.
Any info would be apricated.

am sure somewhere on here someone else had a bosch or neff doing the same thing but cant remember outcome

as normal check for odd earth fault , we all know the sort of problems they can cause

after that is has to be board related . have you checked the power board for bulging caps ?

I had one the same before I changed the circuit board that sorted it

Had this a couple of times, it’s been the temp selector at fault for me.

Thanks for the replies. PCB will be expensive. I’ll check for earth faults and the temp probe.
