Siemens Dryer WT46E384GB/27 … Won’t start

This dryer will select any setting but just won’t start when you press the start button, it just bleeps

I have visually checked all parts, connections and wiring, checked the pump area and all appears fine…. Any ideas please?

Yeah, I’ve just found some posts relating to the door switch being a fault…. but putting a screwdriver into the lock does activate the microswitch???
There isn’t a child lock on this model? Might it still be the door lock even if the microswitch clicks? Or is there a reset that may trick the pcb to operate it again?

micro might click but since its not carrying full current they still go faulty electrically
