Siemens DW door issues

Hi guys I have problems with a SN66T094GB/32 which keeps having the door latch go to the closed position but not locking the door closed. I have replaced the latch but intermittently does this. I can’t see anything out of shape on the door panel, the side springs are fine and it does this even with the integrated door removed. Has anyone had this issue?

when door is open and in the down position, make sure there door isnt bent below the 45 degrees angle

If the appliance hasn’t been fixed into position properly, sometimes the closing of the door can push the whole appliance slightly back and so it doesn’t close properly.I have had that happen quite a few times.

especially if the unit is under a granite worktop and they have fitted a wooden cross piece and then fitted the outer door higher so it hits it

Update on this if anyone else has this problem, the hinge bearings sorted the problem
