    Hi,

    Siemens SE25294FF/17 Bought in France.

    Customer complains that whilst the dw was operating they had a power cut and after they could not get it to program correctly or go through prog completely.

    I know this cut may have possibly damaged the board but is it possible it needs some sought of resetting procedure applied to it – is there one?

    Not been to machine yet.

    Other than by pressing and holding in the 2 buttons marked ‘RESET’ whilst it’s powered up in the hope it does reset OK? Beyond that it could be power surge damage to the module?
