Siemens element req

Hi all,

I am looking for a lower oven element for a Siemens oven, various numbers from plate:

HBBEP31/7 FD8312 HB90365GB

As far as I can see the element is a Connect part 5031687726636, but the engineer says the tails come together at one side – this connect number has the tails at either side of the oven

Any ideas?

Part number from the BSH website is 298539. They seem to have replaced the Quickfinder site with something called eShop and made it harder to use 😕

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response – the engineer is still sure the element has both tails running together and ending up at one side – ths one shows the tails at either side – is it compatable? (or has our guy not looked closely enough!)

Sorry, bit of a communication breakdown – Eng requested lower oven element, but wanted the FAN element for the lower oven!

It looks like a Ω shape around the fan

And I cant get through the bosch site – model not known

Model nos HB90365GB/01 /02 /03 come up as part no 360604 sup by 494643 in stock at BSH, connect show as BSH494643 is in stock or ELE9050 no stock or Qualtex stock no 500199 ? stock.
