Siemens Extraklasse Dishwasher progamming issue

Hi hoping some one can help us we have a SIEMENS (Hydrosensor)EXTRKLASSE slimline Dishwasher.

Problem seem to be once switched on we are having trouble programming it,seems to have a mind of it’s own and we are not getting a hot wash.

We tried resetting with no joy been told it’s the programme buttons module.

It still does a wash in what ever time it wishes but in cold water also takes longer than usaul but does not dry so everything wet at finish of programme this machine is only around 3 years old.

Can some body give me some advise please.

1. Would it be easy for me to change the module if it bust ?
2. Were can i get these spares ?

you need to post the model and fd numbers on the door rim at 12 oclock
usually imprinted in the stainless.
From what you have said the first thing to check is the heating element resistance as you say there is no heat.
Search for Bosch and heating there are a few threads….(Bosch=Seimens)
