    I have an issue with my Siemens XLS 140 washing machine. The display is showing ‘Child Lock Activated’ but I cannot remove the child lock. I have followed the instructions in the User Manual and they don’t work. The Start/Pause button is lit constant Red and I cannot access the menu function. Can anyone help?

    Need model number should have gb/ at the end I must admit though I sure that is a software issue.

    the E-nr is WXLS140GB/01 and the FD nr is FD8011.
