can’t get water through Aquastop to double valve.
So fitted new Aquastop 665609 still the same.
There is water to stopcock and power to the Aquastop but when hose is disconnected from machine you can see no water comes through.
Any ideas please

sure its not a faulty water softner in the house? had a few lately when you get a spurt of water initially (like when you are testing for pressure at the stopcock) which then dwindles to nothing after a few seconds.

Check the flood protection float in the base for either water there or maybe the floor panel ‘bent’ slightly upwards operating the flood protection system . This will stop the aquastop from operating although it will buzz as if its trying to work .

Thanks guys, checked both but still no water through Aquastop.
There is power to it so wondering if neutral supply from board has gone.
Is there any easy way of testing this, or could it be a faulty new Aquastop.
Getting desperate as customer thinking of buying new machine.
