Siemens Freezer Error Code E11

Hello,

I have a Siemens FI24NP30/14

I’ve just changed the water filter and it looks like I’ve inadvertently pressed the incorrect reset buttons. When trying to reset it the following error code is always ultimately displayed – E11.

Any advice on how to fix this would be gratefully received.

Hi, we’re sorry you’re having this issue!

We’d recommend to try the appliance self-test:
1. Switch off the appliance and wait 5 minutes.
2. Keep the door closed during this time.
3. Switch on the appliance
4. At the same time, press the setup button and the alarm button for 5 seconds.

The self-test programme starts. Various messages appear in the facia one after the other. If an error is established during the appliance self-test, the alarm symbol appears in the fascia and and an error message (e.g. B. = sensor
error) is displayed.

If an error is displayed please call 03448928999 option 4 for assistance.

If no error is established during the appliance self-test, the preset temperature appears in the fascia after the test has ended.
