    Hi all,

    I have a Siemens fridge freezer with ENr KS40U620GB/10. It works very well with no visible ice build up but has become very noisy. The noise stops when I open either the fridge door or the freezer compartment door and I suspect the fan assembly sited in the freezer compartment.

    As the appliance is eight or nine years old, the fan motor could well be getting noisy. Is this an easy DIY fix, or am I missing something less obvious?
