Siemens Fridge freezer – not dispensing Ice or water

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone can help. I have a Siemens side by side Fridge Freezer and it isn’t dispensing water or ice.
The water is definitely running as it is filling up the ice tray and that function is working.
When you put a cup in and depress the button at the back the light comes on, but nothing is dispensed and there is no sound.
I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction if it is an easy fix or advise who to call to fix it ?
