My microwave is stopping prematurely, after about 20 seconds, on a 3 minute cooking duration. Sometimes it displays a message ‘Appliance cooling’ and sometimes it does not. I have tried different power levels, different durations and also cycled the mains all with the same result.
When it worked correctly it used to display ‘Appliance cooling’ at the end of its cooking period.
Any ideas what is wrong and how to resolve, or should I be thinking of replacing the microwave?
