    Hi all,

    Siemens WQ14Q390GB/15.

    Purchased: Sep 2014

    Q: Is their a way to find out how my cycles have been run?

    Is there a counter of any sort? If so – how can I check the count?

    The manufacturers service engineers can call and interrogate the electronic hardware to establish how many cycles but that will cost you the princely sum of £95 in Her Majesty’s currency.

    A free alternative is to establish exactly how many loads it does in a typical week then multiply by 50 weeks (typical year total less 2 weeks annual holiday) and multiply that by how many years old it is.

    I’d go for the free option personally 😉
