Siemens KG32U193GB/06 freezer door seal

Help please! Has anyone come across this model of fridge freezer? It is a 50/50 appliance. It is not listed on the Siemens website. The customer rang Siemens and they told her that the 05 freezer door seal would fit. I ordered said seal, only to get there and discover that the seal was way too small. The existing seal measures approx. 580W x 850H. Any help,ie part number would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Steve.

it seems to be the same seal on the /05 /07 and 09 models

have you double checked model number ?

Hi Dave. Yes, I have double and treble checked the model number. The 236672 is the one I ordered but is nowhere near in size. Six inches smaller in height and width. I’m wondering if the part supplied is the wrong one put into the right box, if you follow my meaning. Steve.
