I purchased this unit a couple of months ago & noticed a strange motor noise for about 10/15 secs after the fridge door is closed.It happens mainly when the compressor isn’t running & after this noise the fan runs for about half a minute & then you get the noise again and the fan turns off.An engineer said it was the damper motor which is opening a flap to circulate the air.
At the time I accepted this as it was just a minor irritation.It has gradually become more intrusive though & there is a juddering noise as well as the original sound.
Before I get on to Siemens again I’d welcome any comments/advice on this.Thanks
