Hi.
Our Siemens american fridge freezer (had it since July 2004) has started to trip out our mains electric once every 12-18 hours. No fuses have blown on the fridge freezer, wall socket or auxillary fuse board.
If we leave it for 1 hour – we can re-plug and it works ok again.
I’ve defrosted it, checked plugs and fuses and have tried to find a local engineer (contacted several) to get a service without any success (no replies) and Siemens customer service to talk through 1st is non-existent. Can anyone advise on what i should be looking for?
