    Have Siemens oven no number on oven, instruction book covers HB750.50B.
    When customer used grill oven door has locked & ER15 is in display.
    Any advice please on how to unlock door & what ER15 indicates.

    Door still locked display showing the same. No Sunday roast for this family.Any help please .clayside

    Hi
    It thinks the oven cavity is above 300 deg so it stays locked.
    You can delete the error, will send you some notes but without full enr (may be on the back) uts going to be a bit of a guess.

    Hi Greg. Thanks for reply, have had a quick read looks like as you say overheat problem. Customer away now for a few days. If any trouble will pull it out of housing and try to get more numbers. Regards clayside
