Siemens Oven – Model No : HB131550B Fault

Morning all

went to the above oven today , only thing working on it is the top cooling fan and clock , oven, oven fan and grill not heating at all, but elements, stats tested ok, was thinking possible selector switch faulty , anyone had same problem??

Have you checked the 2 overheat stats on the top?

Are both the overheat stats opened or closed , got reading from one that was ok and the other no reading but I by passed that one just to check anything was heating but still nothing

Both closed I would think. Beyond them being at fault I, like you, am stumped, sorry. 🙁

When it failed did it trip the RCD?

Selector switches do give this fault but so does the clock!

even if grill isnt working either ? thought clock would stop the oven working

Forgot to post update on this , selector switch was fault , and al working again , thanks all
