Siemens S9W1S dishwasher wont stop filling

My dishwasher came with the house, it seemed to work ok but then I realised although it seemed to work through the cycle it did not drain the water. I traced this to a blocked outlet which I sorted but then it just continues to fill and wont empty or move onto any other part of the cycle.

Any help much appreciated.
