    this d/w is overflowing at the pressure chamber towards the end of the fill there is no blockages and ive taken the pressure chamber appart and thats all clear!! what could be the cause of it its not a major leak but enough after a couple of cycles to lift the float in the base.

    Is the transfer tube to the sump clear?

    yes transfer tube all clear that was my first thought and i was very supprised how clean that and the pressure chamber was 😕

    OK so if the tubes are clear and the water flows through the pressure chamber at a constant rate without the overflow (red float) tripping the pump microswitch. Then I can only conclude the pressure switch itself is faulty (sticking or dodgy bellows?) and best to change the complete unit (263186) the best solution. 😉
