Hi All

This machine fills/empties/sprays and regenerates softener all at the same time any one else had same fault, and will not reset.

It can only be a seriously corrupted module that needs replacing I would think? The trouble is I would not risk simply replacing it without checking out all the other components first. 😉

I suspect if you inspect the module board there will be some physical damage on view somewhere? And that will be a risky business plugging in a new Module for it to go BANG!

It’s well out of guarantee now as well, so you cannot refer it to Siemens either.:(

Been there… Done that… Got the blown up module in the van to prove it. 👿

It’s an expensive lesson to learn. Mine turned out to be the dispenser at fault but I was not going to risk another module so the machine got dumped in the end. 🙁

As Martin says, inspect the board for blown components. It’s a small surface mounted transistor/triac thingy that will look as if it’s chipped on one corner. If you follow the track from that component to an edge connector and then trace the wiring it will take you to the faulty component.
