ParticipantCan anyone suggest a solution? The Siemens Dishwasher i have seems to be stuck! it completed a full wash cycle but the pump stays on continually. i have tried to reset it but it is still the same. Symptoms are if you open the machine and push the power button, the motor at the base of the washer spins continuously. are the pipes blocked? no water is coming through the washer arms although i presume this would only happen if the door was closed? any help is appreciated. Thanks
😕

Flood protection operating will run the drain pump continuously. Check for water in the undertray.

Keep it in one thread, Skips – chaos normally ensues……….

Remove left hand side panel and observe what is happening in the back half of the water matrix. You say the drain pump runs, so water should be pumped through the rear two tubes when emptying. Machine will not pump with the sump cover off, btw.
