Siemens Siwamat 5100 Not Heating Water

I suspect my Siemens Siwamat 5100 is not heating the water.

It completes wash cycles as normal, however the glass door of the washing machine is not getting warm.

I’ve tried running an empty 90°C cycle, and still the door is not warm. After stopping it mid-wash and pumping out the water, the sides of the drum are not warm. If I stick my finger under the water flowing into the soap dispenser, that’s not warm either.

Any ideas?

Plug out, back off, resistance check with your test meter should show 20-25 ohms through the heater when split from the circuit.
