    Hi, I too have this machine- recently when I open the machine the drum smells truly dreadful. I’m having to put disinfectant in all my washes.
    Also, the digital timer seems completely out- it says 1 minute left and then it carries on- takes nearly all day for 1 wash- it is still cleaning- but at a price!
    I’ve cleaned the pump out- there is no filter that I can see.
    There was an odd burning smell when the washer was used at 60 degrees a few weeks ago but that has gone now. Help please! (ps- no error message). :rolls:
