    Hi folks,

I wonder if you can point me to a replacement pump for this appliance and the likely cost for the part?

I have searched the forums but couldn’t find anything listed and I couldn’t find a pump listed on the site either (other than the universal pump) but I’m not sure if that fits this model as it just says that it fits many other makes other than the ones listed.

Although the machine is old and I have changed the drum bearings a couple of times it’s still going strong and I’d like to repair it to keep it going for just a wee while longer. It’s making a hell of a noise on and off and as it is still draining water I thought it might be better to change it PRIOR to it failing so that it doen’t cause any other faults when it does go.

    MODEL: E-NR WM34030GB/OZ FD 7403 00097
    SIWAMAT PLUS 3404

This is a fabulous website and I take my hat off to you all for being committed enough to 1. take the time to produce it and 2. Help others out

PS: for anyone wondering about buying a washing machine I could not recommend this make high enough – IMHO and also just as a joe bloggs user

    Many Thanks

Great, Thanks for the prompt reply Gegsy,

I take it that the Universal pump is NOT an option? The reason I ask is that we probably intend buying a new Seimens (costing £450 with 5 year guarantee) within a matter of 4 months so I’d like to keep cost down as much as possible. We’ve had a few unexpected big expenses recently otherwise we would have just bought the new machine now so this is just a tide – me- over till we buy the other one so want to keep it as cheap as possible.

    Many Thanks once again
