    This machine was left into my workshop. I unblocked the pump and it ran through a test wash. However I noticed that it didnt heat on prog 2 at all and only started heating on prog 3 as the dial approached the rinse symbol. Is this normal ??

    Yes! :tup:

    Prog 1 = Pre-rinse
    Prog 2 = Heavy Soil (pre-rinses bet progs 2 & 3)
    Prog 3 = Normal Soil (first heat stage after dispenser door release)
